Jeanne handles the day to day operations for Lakeside Construction including finance, planning, kitchen design and remodels. Prior to joining Lakeside, she led home care and hospice entities from operational losses to the most profitable in the Northeast and New York. She has also taught at various universities and holds Masters degrees in Business, Nursing and Education. Jeanne has a Black Belt in Six Sigma as well as a variety of other certifications including mentor/ coach, project management and lean processing.
